When we think about training large language models (LLMs) for Articence’s AI Agent, it’s almost like teaching a student to become fluent in multiple subjects simultaneously—language, customer service, business logic, and everything in between. But, how do we do it? How do we ensure that this AI Agent can communicate effectively, understand context, and provide the best solutions? Let’s dive into it.

First off, why even use LLMs? Large language models are the brain of the AI agent. They’re the technology behind those interactions where the agent reads a query, processes it, and responds like a human (sometimes even better). These models are fed enormous amounts of text data, learning the patterns of language and meaning. So, whether it’s handling customer queries or giving product recommendations, these models act as the foundation of the AI agent’s responses.

At Articence, we want our AI agent to not just process words but also understand the context behind them. We aim for an AI that thinks beyond the surface-level meaning of text and provides valuable, insightful responses.

Step 1: Curating the Data
